As we use various suppliers, each shed model has its own lead time. Some sheds/summerhouses have 4-week lead time and others can be longer. Current orders on Albany summerhouses do have a long lead time due to shortages and import delays on the hardwood windows and doors which are featured on the buildings. We very rarely ‘stock’ sheds so most sheds and summerhouses on our website are on ‘back order’ which means available to order but lead time applies so, always best to check.

A standard building can take up to 3 hours. Depending on size, more time may be required.

Yes, buildings are supplied with a standard 12-month guarantee. We recommend your building is covered by your household insurance in case of storm damage.

Once your order is complete, we will book a date and time to suit you. Deliveries are between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays by appointment only.

We highly recommend adding a timber base to your order. Whether your shed is going on hard ground like concrete or soft ground like grass, your timber base stops your shed from sitting in any potential water that may gather on the concrete and also allows air flow. If your shed is going on an uneven or grassy area, you absolutely will need a timber base.
